Reservations
Advance reservations are required for all treatments. Please contact the arTree Hotel Front Desk at +886 2 2578 7728, ext. 6001.
Our team will assist in confirming your selected treatment, preferred date and time, and number of guests. A reservation is confirmed once availability has been verified by our team.
To ensure an unhurried and attentive experience, each appointment slot is limited to a maximum of two guests. Advance booking is highly recommended.
Treatment Location
SPA treatments may be enjoyed in one of our private bath suites. Registered hotel guests may also arrange to enjoy their treatment in the comfort and privacy of their guest room.
Treatment Duration and Use of Bath Suite
The duration indicated on the SPA menu refers to the actual massage time and does not include time for showering or freshening up after the treatment.
Guests receiving their treatment in a private bath suite may enjoy an additional 30 minutes for showering and freshening up.
Extended use of the shower facilities will be charged at NT$800 per hour, with any partial hour charged as a full hour.
Arrival, Changes and Cancellations
Guests receiving their treatment in a private bath suite are kindly requested to arrive five minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
For in-room treatments, guests are kindly asked to be in their room and ready before the scheduled appointment.
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment, as the scheduled ending time cannot be extended.
Should you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us in advance so that we may adjust the appointment accordingly.
Health Considerations
For your safety, please inform our team when making your reservation if you are pregnant or have a serious medical condition, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, a recent surgical procedure, a skin condition or any other health concern. This will allow us to advise on the most appropriate treatment arrangements.
Payment
Treatment fees may be settled by cash or credit card.
