Founded in 2017 near Taipei Arena, Guiji is guided by the brand spirit of “small potato can lead to big changes.” The brand chooses not to follow trends or chase viral flavors such as mango or strawberry, instead dedicating itself to developing nostalgic, old-style flavors and high-quality ingredients sourced from local Taiwanese farmers.
Founders Hu Yao-sheng and Li Chi-han previously joined other hand-shaken beverage franchises. After leaving that system, they chose to collaborate with Taiwanese artisanal producers to create beverages with truly unique flavors.
